General Terms
heybajee (referred to throughout these Terms & Conditions as "heybajee", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") operates as an online casino and sports betting platform providing gaming and wagering services to adult players in Bangladesh. These General Terms apply to all services offered through the heybajee platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any promotional or loyalty programmes offered from time to time.
These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the heybajee Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and any game-specific or promotional terms, the General Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary terms explicitly state otherwise in writing.

Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
1.1 Definitions
- "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the heybajee platform.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in your heybajee account at any given time, expressed in BDT.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or free spin equivalents credited to your account under a heybajee promotion.
- "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by you into your account using any of the accepted payment methods.
- "Platform" means the heybajee website, mobile web interface, and all associated services and game content.
- "We/Us/Our" refers to heybajee and its authorised operators.
- "You/Player" refers to any registered account holder or person accessing the platform.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the heybajee platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account or placing any wager on heybajee, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. heybajee takes age verification seriously and conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all accounts. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned net of any bonus amounts already wagered.

heybajee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure, with funds held pending verification outcome.
heybajee is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Any person under 18 years of age is prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on heybajee under any circumstances.

Account Registration & Verification
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on heybajee. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, heybajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any winnings accrued.
During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), a valid email address, a Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. This information must be accurate and kept up to date. If any of your registered details change — for example, if you change your mobile number or email address — you must update your account profile promptly or notify heybajee support at support@heybajee.
3.1 KYC Verification
heybajee is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any time heybajee deems it necessary to confirm your identity or source of funds.
The standard KYC process requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo ID (NID card or passport), (b) a recent proof of address document dated within the last three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and (c) verification of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot confirming ownership of the bKash or Nagad wallet used to deposit). heybajee may request additional documentation where standard verification is insufficient.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your heybajee login credentials. heybajee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. You must not share your password with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account credentials. heybajee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify heybajee support immediately at support@heybajee so that your account can be temporarily locked pending investigation.
One Account Per Player
Each person is permitted exactly one heybajee account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated winnings voided.
Accurate Information Required
All registration details must be truthful and match the identity documents you submit during KYC. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
Protect Your Credentials
Never share your password with anyone. heybajee staff will never ask for your password. Enable 2FA for maximum account security.
Deposits & Withdrawals
heybajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT at the time the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. heybajee does not charge fees on deposits made via supported Bangladesh mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card transactions via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to charges imposed by your card issuer, over which heybajee has no control.
4.1 Minimum & Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount on heybajee is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status, payment method, and any applicable responsible gaming limits you have set. 4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by heybajee within 24 hours of submission for fully verified accounts. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the recipient wallet within minutes of processing. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer's processing schedule. heybajee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once a withdrawal has been marked as processed from our end.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account. This anti-money-laundering control ensures that funds are returned to their verified source. Third-party withdrawals — transfers to wallets or accounts not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited. heybajee reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, identity checks, or fraud review.

5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your heybajee account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. 5.2 Bonus Validity Period

Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not satisfied wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically removed from your balance. 5.3 Bonus Abuse & Fraud
heybajee operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as placing opposing bets across multiple outcomes), and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, heybajee reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold funds pending investigation.
5.4 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions
heybajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect bonuses already credited and in active use by a player at the time of the change. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via the platform or by email to the registered address.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games available on heybajee are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate using independently certified random number generators (RNG) or physical live dealer equipment. heybajee does not modify game logic, RTP (Return to Player) rates, or outcome probabilities. 6.1 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sports event, heybajee will refer to the official result published by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for cricket, or FIFA for football). Where no official result is available within a reasonable timeframe, heybajee reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.
6.2 Disconnection Policy
In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round or in-play bet, heybajee's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Where a game round was already in progress, the result will be determined by the game provider's server-side record, which is the definitive source of truth. heybajee is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
6.3 Malfunctions
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting a game, heybajee reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all stakes to the players involved. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Any winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction event are not valid and will not be paid. heybajee will communicate any such event to affected players via their registered email address within 48 hours.

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure
heybajee reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is in progress. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: identity fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority.
8.1 Suspension vs. Closure
A suspension is a temporary restriction on your account that prevents login, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay pending the outcome of an investigation. During a suspension, your account balance is preserved and will be returned to you if the investigation concludes in your favour. A closure is a permanent termination of your account. Upon closure, heybajee will assess whether any account balance is returnable to you, taking into account whether the closure was initiated for cause (e.g., fraud) or at your own request.
8.2 Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your heybajee account at any time by contacting support at support@heybajee with a written request. Upon receiving your closure request, heybajee will process it within 24 hours. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no bonus funds are attached to the balance that have not completed wagering requirements.
8.3 Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion closure. Self-exclusion closures are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible — heybajee will not accept re-registration requests from self-excluded players using the same identity documents. 8.4 Effect of Closure on Outstanding Bets
Where an account is closed while open sports bets or active casino game rounds remain unsettled, heybajee will settle those bets according to the official results and credit or debit the outcome to your balance. In the case of a player-initiated closure, unsettled bets placed before the closure request are still valid and will be settled normally. In the case of a for-cause closure, heybajee reserves the right to void all unsettled bets and forfeit associated funds pending investigation.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
